Recently, more than 80 professional drone cadres gathered in the Tibet Military Region's 2019 annual drone professional cadre training, which set off a "brainstorm" of actual drone training. This is a shot of the Tibet Military Region's close adherence to mission and mission requirements, and its focus on the cultivation of a team of professional drones.
Luo Wenyong, director of the cadre office of the Political Work Department of the Tibet Military Region, who is responsible for specifically guiding the training, said that the proportion of the new combat forces of the army is increasing. The Tibet Military Region focuses on the cultivation and reserve of relevant professionals. From May 22 to June 18, the Military Region Cadre Division and Training Division led the organization of drone professional cadre training, relying on professional personnel to strengthen training, and promote the rapid generation of new combat capabilities of the troops.
During the training, they installed and displayed more than 20 sets (sets) of various types of military and military unmanned aerial vehicles, and arranged for the instructors to detail the parameters and technical performance of the war, so that each student could master multi-type equipment; More than 20 experts from 10 military and local units including equipment manufacturers and scientific research institutes entered Tibet, and gave lectures on the construction of UAV strength, flight principles, operational applications, special handling, maintenance and other contents to consolidate the theoretical foundation of students; The six UAV training backbones of the military area forces cooperated with experts to carry out group training on UAV simulation training and practical operation to improve the practical operational skills of UAV students.
Students exchange experience in drone operation
This training focused on cultivating cadres below the battalion level of the current drone, with a certain professional foundation or potential for transfer training, and strictly implemented the one-day life system in accordance with the requirements of "academic teaching and company management". Carry out theoretical teaching, simulation aids, practical learning, and promote learning through examinations, and strive to train a team of professional drones that understand the profession, can operate, can organize training, and can troubleshoot.
With the orderly advancement of the first phase of training, the troops will usher in a batch of backbone "seeds" of excellent drone warfare technology, and play the role of "yeast" to accelerate the development of the army's drone talent team. In the second half of the year, they will organize continuous training of unmanned aerial vehicles in combination with the garrison training exercises of various troops, focusing on the practice of unmanned aerial vehicle training and practical application of tactics to further enhance the actual combat capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles.
