On March 22, in order to do a good job in flood control, in accordance with the unified deployment of the Emergency Management Department, the Guangxi Fire Corps held an emergency rescue drill for the 2019 water disaster accident in Liuzhou City. A total of 14 fire rescue teams and nearly 100 people participated in the drills in Guangxi. This is the largest water emergency rescue drill in recent years.

 

This training equipment technology is full of feelings, water remote control robots, fire drones, amphibious hydraulic rescue tools, rescue boats and other high-tech equipment together. 

 

At the rescue and rescue scene of the drone, the professional operated the drone to take off, use the high-definition camera aerial survey to calibrate the position of the drowning personnel, and at the same time, the rescue buoy can be thrown into the lifebuoy for self-protection if the rescuer has not reached it. The drones participating in this exercise have a maximum load of 6 kg and a maximum horizontal flight speed of 18 meters per second. When the drone signal is lost, the drone will turn on the auto return function.

The water remote control robot rescue site simulates the rapid flow of water on the river surface. The personnel and the boat can't get close. For safety reasons, the firefighters operate the unmanned reconnaissance plane and the remote water rescue robot for rescue. Professionals operate the drone to take off, use the high-definition camera aerial survey to calibrate the position of the drowning personnel. At the same time, the rescue team put the water-saving rescue remote control robot on the river surface, and quickly moved to the water-dropper area to lead the drowners back to the shore.

 

At the scene of the wading vehicle accident rescue, the drillers simulated traffic accidents in the vehicle and fell into the water after hitting the guardrail. The trapped person in the car may not be able to open the escape due to the impact of the door. At this time, the rescue team quickly arrived at the scene, and the investigators quickly approached the location of the trapped masses. The rescuers communicated with the trapped people through gestures to appease the mood of the trapped people. At the same time, the shore team members are launching a amphibious hydraulic rescue tool set. After a tense break, the life channel was quickly opened and the trapped people were out of danger.

In addition to these projects, the site also carried out a total of seven subjects in the boat formation driving technology, boat synchronized live bait rescue, boat self-rescue, safe evacuation and evacuation of many trapped people in the city.

It is understood that Guangxi has a variety of climate types. Because of monsoon, typhoon, storm and other factors, it is easy to cause floods. This drill is to prepare for the upcoming flood season. In the next step, the corps will also invite domestic and foreign water rescue experts to systematically train the team members of the corps water rescue team, and strive to make the district water rescue team a leading domestic level.
